Questions sellers ask
Do I need a GSTIN?
Yes. bizxmart is for GST-registered businesses, and we verify your GSTIN before your store goes live.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can start on the Free plan and upgrade when you need more products or features. Paid plans can be monthly or yearly.
How do I get paid?
With bizxmart payments, money from your delivered orders is paid to your bank account every week, after the return window. With your own Razorpay account, it goes straight to you.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on plans that include it. Point your domain to bizxmart and your store opens on it.
Who approves my store?
Every new seller is checked by the bizxmart team. You can set up your store while we review, and switch it on once approved.
Can I leave any time?
Yes. Plans don’t auto-lock you in: if you don’t renew, your store moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
